Robust weighted principal components analysis demodulation algorithm for phase-shifting interferometry

We present an asynchronous phase-shifting demodulation approach based on the principal component analysis method that is robust to typical problems as turbulence, vibrations, and temporal instabilities of optical setup. The brings together a two-step share their benefits while reducing intrinsic limitations. Thus, proposed two-fold process. First, modulating phase estimated from approach. Second, this information used compute weights each phase-shifted pattern interferogram sequence, which are in novel weighted technique has been tested with simulated real interferograms affected by turbulence vibrations providing very satisfactory results challenging cases.
